Organisation
A lot of companies have created an Organisation, were different people work with simular assigments.
That makes it allmost impossible for the management to create the overview of the processes, as well as it takes a lot of effort to change the focus area of these people at the same time.
We understand Organisation from a responsibility point of view, meaning that there is only one responsible for each area.
The individual must:
- know exactly which function we have
- know our responsibility
- be konpetent to the work
- know our role in the organisation
The role of every single employee must be known to the organisation. Only then the respect for the work of the individual is created from collegues.
