Challenge:
Food production where the production and the shipping warehouse due to big growth had build-up dual departments with seperate culture. The management was not able to improve the rentability due to this fact.
The assigment:
- Establish visions and goals for the company.
- Develop the organisation through training and education of leaders.
- Optimise the production.
- Improce the planning department.
Results:
- Productivity improvement in production with 13 %
- Productivity improvement in Shipping warehouse with 21 %
- All dual functions such as maintenance, canteen and administration were gathered to one under a new management in the organisation.
