Production of plastic units

Challenge:

Production company where increasing competition from Asia led to increasing raw materiel prices. Due to this the company was forced to reduce its costs to maintain a possitive result.

• Optimising the production to compensate for the increased competition.

• Improvement of the management structure and improved cooperation between leaders and employees.

 Results: 

• Improved productivity of semi-manufactured items with 24 %

• Improved productivity of finished goods with 16 %

• Implementing of MBO(Management by Objectives) in production.
