The management must be available and ready to pick up the gold nuggets on a daily basis from the employees.
The time for this transaction must be planned, so nobody waist time to hand over these ideas. It is not about the details, but to have the ideas estimated and prioritised. The 80/20 rule tells that 80% of the ideas shall not be implemented, but the person giving the idea must be explained why it cannot be implemented.
With visible and easy to understand goals a wave of ideas will continiously be comming from the employees. This will surely be increasing the power of work amoung the employees with better pay-off for the company.
