- quality as a cost, shown in absolute and measurable values
- quality as a description for each and every process and workflow
Quality:
- Do it right the first time
- Visualise the quality costs on all levels of the company
- Visualise the "hidden factory" within the company
- Processes are finished to agreed deadline
- The amployees know the quality demand for their work
- Each employee guarantees for the quality of their own work
- Every mistake and/or customer complaint is the opportunity of improvement
- quality in all internal "customer/supplyer" relationsships
